These lines truly hold right for the founder and cornerstone of Dakshin Coal Resources Pte.Ltd., who is appointed as Director and Designated as Managing Director.
Anil always believe in law of manifestation and is a great visionary who believes in “what you focus is what you achieve”. He started Dakshin Coal with small steps and nursed and nurtured it to bring it at a global platform and establish in Singapore.
Anil is an astute professional, who is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from ICFAI. He holds an experience of over 3 decades in varied fields which includes textile, steel and coal. His expertise extends to other fields like advising on business development and strategic planning, dry bulk carrier acquisition, legal and corporate advisory and mine acquisition process.
Anil served various renowned Companies and after gaining experience at different levels he decided to venture into his own enterprise and thus was the turning point of his career where he decided to start Dakshin Coal in year 2011. Since then it was a never looking back period and he got associated with some renowned suppliers of that time. He holds the credit to develop market for them. Utilizing his contacts and robust business relation with buyers across the Globe he decided to further broaden his vision and step into as the exporter and trade coal and other commodities. His supreme quality of endurance and resilience has made this transformation of Dakshin Coal into Dakshin Coal Resources Pte.Ltd.
SUNILA RAO
Sunila is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution, has an experience of over 2 decades in different field and her expertise extends to different arena viz., contract management, complex drafting, corporate and legal advisory and coal trading.
She is the co-founder of Dakshin Coal, India and appointed as the Director, designated as Joint Managing Director of the Company. A Company Secretary by qualification, she ventured into the most dynamic field of coal trading and plays a vital role in transforming the entity into Company. After serving corporate house as a Company Secretary for 8 years she took the bold step to diversify her skills and accepted the challenge to venture into coal trading. She always believed in growth is not in the path where the herd moves. And success is often found on unconventional path.
As one of the team members of Dakshin Coal, she acted as an integral part of the team and extended her expertise to the firm for developing the market for the associates. With all these years of experience now her expertise will benefit the anticipated growth of the Company
MANGAI PRABHAKAR
The Company is proud to have learned and experienced members on their Board and so it holds true for Mangai who is the Director and Secretary of the Company.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras, and a specialized Diploma in Commercial Practice from the State Institute of Commerce Education.
She possesses in-depth knowledge of Corporate Secretarial Practices in Singapore and is a licensed Qualified Individual under the relevant regulatory framework of Singapore. Her past experience includes holding key positions at renowned companies like ITC Limited, DSQ Software Limited, and Hexaware Technologies Limited. After gaining experience and serving her expertise at these Companies, she started her own venture as Multi Task Consultancy.
As the name suggests her firm provides multiple services to their clients which help them timely comply with the regulatory practices.
Mangai is also on Board of other Companies viz., Waangoo Trading Pte. Ltd., one of Singapore’s leading e- commerce platforms and Natco Pharma Asia Pte. Ltd. where she is also a Company Secretary. Along with this she is a Consultant at V.P.K. Group of Companies. Her over 24 years of rich experience will certainly benefit the growth of the Company manifolds.
